After successfully entering Malaysia by bus,travelling with kids and wasting 4 hours of our lives,we vowed to never go through it ever again. Enter C&J's team - response was psychic-level instantaneous. They understood our needs, asked the right questions and before we know it, the ride was confirmed despite us inquiring "last minute". Driver rocked up in a showroom looking Alphard with a cheerful demeanor despite the unforgiving heat. We got seated in no time and got going immediately. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur! We booked a private van transfer with SGMY TAXI C&J from Beats 1932 Hostel in Chinatown, Singapore, to Qull Residences in Kuala Lumpur, and we had a very good experience from start to finish. The service was punctual, reliable, and hassle-free. Our driver was very patient with us and was highly familiar with the roads, which made the long journey comfortable and stress-free. Having a private van was definitely much better than taking a bus. The immigration and customs process was also much more convenient and faster compared with waiting in the car lane or boarding a bus with a large number of passengers. We didn’t have to worry about long queues or delays caused by other passengers. The van was spacious and comfortable, and there were no hidden charges. Everything was straightforward and as agreed. Thank you to SGMY TAXI C&J for making our journey from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur smooth and enjoyable. Took a transport from JB to Desaru. It was a smooth ride. Although I know on a Sunday morning may not have bad traffic, but the staff still advise and recommended a better timing to book in case of traffic jams. Price was reasonable.
