Welcome to C&J Charter Services. To ensure a seamless, professional, and premium cross-border travel experience across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand please review the following terms. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Transparent & All-Inclusive Pricing

• Total Transparency: Our rates are all-inclusive, covering fuel, professional driver services, and vehicle maintenance.

• Tolls Included: To ensure a hassle-free journey, our rates include all highway and checkpoint tolls across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand (including Tuas/Second Link and Thai border fees).

Booking & Deposit Policy

• SG-JB Local Transfers: No deposit is required for standard Singapore to Johor Bahru transfers.Payment can be made directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.

• Long Distance, Thailand & Festive Seasons: For long-distance trips, Thailand cross-border transfers, or bookings during Lunar New Year (CNY) and peak seasons, a 20% deposit is required to secure your vehicle.This deposit ensures driver commitment and protects against scheduling losses.

• Thailand Booking Lead Time: For Thailand cross-border transfers, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle and driver availability

Payment Methods

• Accepted Currencies: We strictly accept payments in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• Thailand Trips: Even for transfers within or to Thailand payments must be settled in SGD or MYR based on the agreed rate at the time of booking.

Waiting Time & Overtime Charges

• Airport Arrivals: We provide 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time based on the flight’s actual landing time.

• Point-to-Point Transfers: A 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided from the scheduled pick-up time.

• Overtime Charges: Beyond the complimentary period, a charge of SGD 10 per 30-minute block will be applied.

• Extra Stops: Each additional stop (within a 5km radius) is charged at SGD 10 (or equivalent in MYR).

Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Policy

• Compliance: Passengers must strictly adhere to the maximum passenger and

• luggage capacity of the booked vehicle (Sedan, Innova, Alphard, or Starex).

• Bulky Items: Please inform us during booking if you have bulky items (e.g., golf bags or strollers).
If luggage exceeds capacity without notice the driver reserves the right to refuse service or require a vehicle upgrade at the customer’s expense.

Smoking Policy (Designated Fleet)

• Standard Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our standard fleet to maintain air quality.

• Personalized Request: If you require a smoking-friendly vehicle, please notify us in advance. We will arrange a designated vehicle to accommodate your preference.

Child Safety & Hygiene

•Child Seats: Per Singapore law, passengers below 1.35m must use a booster seat.

• Please request this during booking; failure to comply may result in passenger responsibility for any legal fines.

• Cleaning Fee: To maintain our premium environment, a professional cleaning fee starting from SGD 100 / RM 300 applies for significant staining (e.g., vomiting or spills).

Cancellation & Amendments

• Flexible Changes: Free cancellation or amendments are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

• Travel Documents: Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports (min. 6 months) and necessary visas for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

• Final Interpretation: C&J Charter Services reserves the right to the final interpretation of all terms and conditions listed above.
