To ensure the availability of your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to secure the most suitable ride for you, whether you require a Sedan, Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard/Vellfire, or Hyundai Starex. While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, early booking is highly recommended for popular destinations.
Flexible adjustments are supported. As long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure, we will do our best to reschedule your trip for free. This is subject to vehicle availability, so we recommend informing us as early as possible to ensure a seamless transition.
We offer multiple convenient payment methods! You can pay via PayNow, Bank Transfer, or TNG E-Wallet. We also accept cash in both Singapore Dollar (SGD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
